I was recently in your Casey's establishment on 2nd and I have to say I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by Kevin in the kitchen and kadence I hope I spelled that right and Trish up front they were kind and helpful and I would recommend this establishment 10/10

We ordered a taco pizza for delivery today. Food arrived quickly from DoorDash. However the toppings were pretty skimpy and they forgot to include any taco sauce. Likely won’t reorder from this location. Too bad that pizza at Casey’s can’t be prepared more consistently across locations.

We drove through and needed to use the restroom on 5/25/2023. Absolute worst restroom I have been in ever. Filthy, gross and unclean. Unable to use. My wife said the same about hers. We left without going and went to the BP station down the road. Very disappointed as this is not the Casey's environment we are accustomed to.

Every time I go into this location, there never seems to be any food in the hot case, and what’s left is old and should be thrown out. I’ve reached out to management and corporate several times to address the same situation and how I drive out of my way every day to stop at this location, and it never seems to improve. At this point I feel like I’m being ignored and disrespected. There’s a ton more gas stations in Ottumwa, along with the surrounding areas that I can take my business to and I’m about ready to do just that. I understand you’re short staffed but when I come in at 12:30 during lunch, there should be something in those cases and not just one slice of old pizza.

This is the worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to. I would go every morning to get fuel, spending $30 a day, when going inside the employees will look at you and then ignore you. When the employees do talk to you they are super rude. They never have fresh food. When ordering food online you need to estimate another 30 minutes for it to be done because they wait until it’s time for you to pick up your order before they start making it. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Save your money and wait a little bit longer by going to the Casey’s on Richmond.
