FedEx delivery was proactive customer service and polite driver help. The driver was very kind and professional, let customer know packages were here and go the extra mile. The branch answered the call and work above and beyond to find the package next‑door. To get to the gate press the button, and the lady was nice and awesome to work with.

I seriously live 3 miles from the Fed Ex location. My package has been in town and supposedly out for delivery every day for the past 5 days, yet never gets delivered. What is going on? Maybe the route driver needs to work backwards for a day to allow people at the end of his shift to finally receive their packages too!!!

Terrible service! 3 different deliveries have never shown up! I don't know why anyone chooses to use this company!
