Absolutely the rudest people ever! I’ve read all these reviews says how they work with people on their past due bills but that’s a complete lie! I called and Dawn answered and was rude right away! I asked her what my options were and she said I have none. They act like I’ve never paid my bill! Have one rough month and they treat you like dirt!

I called for a leaking water meter at 8am. The lady on the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. Mark (forgot last name) was here before 8:30. Again, very friendly and professional. Mark had us up and running before 9am! Give this man a raise!!

First water company I have ever come across that has actually worked with me on my over due bill and that has ever given me the resources on getting my bill paid. Super helpful, way better than alliant energy they are ruthless.

If you pay with card online they charge you a convenience fee (by a third party) that doesn’t withdraw at the same time as your bill amount. If you pay at Hy-Vee they don’t get your payment for 1-2 days after you made the payment. They charge $70 dollars to come shut your water off and another to turn it on. Have to have more than 4 hours left in the work day for same day turn on otherwise you get hit with an after hours emergency charge or be forced to wait till the next business day. Complete garbage this company is.

The water in my neighborhood is shut off on a Saturday evening. They are closed, you can't talk to anyone to get it fixed, and they decide it is a good idea to shut off the neighborhood with no notice? Worthless. At least do it with notice, and during normal office hours, so we can call someone about it.
