“I get my prescriptions there . My daughter and I got our first 2 COVID shots there and lost the cards. They were busy with filling prescriptions, so I have to call them next week to find out if they got the spare time to fill out replacement cards for us . Once I get the replacement cards , I can take them to Cedar Rapids and get the boosters recorded . Normally they are pleasant and nice . Everyone has one of those days every now and then . I didn't allow myself to take it personally . I do have to point out that there are people that as a former regular that I was always happy to see . Barb and Darcy in wine and spirits and I'm sorry that I can't remember his name , but he is in management very approachable , helpful , does everything that he can to get products in that customers request . He's a grown up and has a sincere smile . Sorry I'm not always good with names”
“The lady's at the pharmacy are great with dealing with workers comp. They kept calling work comp to get my scripts approved and I'm sure they called others and they worked with me to get my scripts filld.so I recommend this pharmacy. And the staff are great, nice.”

“On Saturday March 16th I went to the photo lab and Hannah I believe was her name personally assisted me with my canvas and mixed tile orders. She not only walked me thru all steps to order but made suggestions on different products that would better fit my needs and applied the discounts available without me asking. She was exceptional in so many ways exceeding all of my expectations and was friendly, pleasant and literally the best customer service I’ve had in months!!!!❤️”

“We are a large family that is fairly complex when it comes to medications. Any pharmacy we have gone to before has been awful to deal with but once we moved to this area and switched to Walgreens, Eric, the pharmacist, has always gone above and beyond for our whole family. Tonight was no exception: they called in TEN prescriptions for Tamiflu for our whole house about ten minutes before they closed. Eric went out of his way to make sure that we had all of our meds before he closed, even though it meant he had to stay late. His customer service has always been top-notch and then some. THANK YOU, ERIC!!”
