“literally the best customer service experience i've had in a decade. i was concerned about something but didn't know if it was an issue or not, i messaged hy-vee online, they followed through in less than a week and sent me a gift card. i've lived in philly for the last six years and the east coast couldn't even touch the level of excellence you find here in the midwest. the gift card was unnecessary but definitely appreciated!!!! thank you! I will be shopping at this hy-vee for a long time.”
