Worst shipping company. In January they failed to deliver a timed medicine on time. Now, a packaged shipped on 2/26/24 has been delayed 4 times. It has been over a week. The item also showed up in the Ottumwa facility on Monday. Estimated delivery was 3/1, then 3/4, then 3/5. It is 3/5 with a new Estimated delivery AGAIN 3/6. BTW it said out for delivery today until 9pm. Guess the driver gave up.I live in town 2 or 3 miles from the facility.

The drivers will lie to make their deliveries and I have yet to receive a call back from their local dispatch in a timely manner designated from the toll free line. Driver posted “attempted to deliver” and I have proof they never even came by. Ring doorbell shows all activity, even the road leading up… nothing.

The worst experience we have had in shipping, a month ago I sent an 85" television from Orlando to Ottumwa with a value of $1990 and the television arrived beaten everywhere, the screen came off, and UPS simply ignored its responsibility.

What a Management, I was told to come in at 4 pm and the Manager said my package would be in her office after telling her its price and that it was a laptop I needed. I was asked to drive to the UPS center to pick it up 4 times on 4 separate trips. She then told me this was in the Held trailer, as someone made a mistake when she told them to put it in a holding closet. Now I have asked for it to just be sent back as it is no doubt damaged now. Amazon shipments arriving in two days customers ' signatures required to become a month-long nightmare trying to get a refund due to UPS.

Ups is the biggest joke I have seen. Service is horrible. Drivers are lazy and worthless. Overpriced and worst service available for delivering packages. They have no pride in their work and you can’t talk to anyone. Worse service you can ever get hands down. Use anyone but them if you want your packages handled with responsibility

Spent forty minutes driving to get there at open hours only to find a sign on door saying closed due to staff shortage. Now have to pay to have package picked up. Let it go I guess.

I ordered two paperback books and they shoved them in my tiny P.O. Box. They are now all bent and the books are ruined. Not sure what the driver was thinking putting books into a tiny mail box.

I was concerned about the safety of a package being delivered to my home address. When I saw the UPS driver at my place of employment and asked what could be done, he immediately called the other driver and had the packages rerouted to my work address. Excellent service by both gentlemen. Thank you!

Paid for 2 day shipping a week ago. My package then gets put on hold. I contacted a representative, they said that someone will be in touch with more information on Monday (today) by 10am still nothing and my package is still on hold

Still currently waiting for the driver to deliver my package on the 3rd day of it being "Delivered". Driver has no idea what he is doing and has been deliving everybody's packages to the wrong addresses. I'm out $400 because of this.
