On Saturday March 16th I went to the photo lab and Hannah I believe was her name personally assisted me with my canvas and mixed tile orders. She not only walked me thru all steps to order but made suggestions on different products that would better fit my needs and applied the discounts available without me asking. She was exceptional in so many ways exceeding all of my expectations and was friendly, pleasant and literally the best customer service I’ve had in months!!!!❤️

It has been over one year since they stopped weekend hours for their pharmacy due to a shortage of staff. There is no excuse for this. A big company can easily pay a premium to get a pharmacist to move here, at least temporarily.

The worst service I have ever met in US. Taking a passport photo for $18.18. That’s not even the worst. As I asked for a digital copy they said they could not put it in my USB drive neither could they email that digital copy. I had to buy a usb drive from them for $7.50. Wow…

The inconsistency of the pharmacy hours is frustrating. They use to be my preferred pharmacy, however now I will be switching to an alternative pharmacy.

Walgreens has reduced their pharmacy hours to less than 40 hours per week, no weekend hours at all. I have medication that I must take daily. I have missed several doses in recent months because of the limited availability of services. I am switching to one of the other pharmacies in town, all of whom have weekend hours. I have been a faithful Walgreens customer for decades, but I’m not willing to risk a recurrence of a deadly disease because Walgreens doesn’t want to pay their help decent, competitive wages.

Do not schedule anything here. They will cancel it, and not tell you. We scheduled an appointment for our son, got a confirmation number and everything. The day of the appointment there were reminder emails and the whole nine yards. We show up and the pharmacy is closed. No notice, nothing. We drove from 30 minutes away for nothing. Don't waste your time on this terrible store.

Too bad we lost our Mr. Quick restaurant for this. Why couldn't they have kept Mr. Quick and put this in the empty lot across the street? Mr. Quick was about the best deal and tastiest burgers and fries. Ottumwa has lost many wonderful places and monuments over the years its a real shame!

I spent over $200 on photos and was told they would be ready in one hour max seems they didn’t have anyone else in line. Here it is 2 hours later still waiting because they has a change in shift and lack of communication. So mine hasn’t even been started . I asked to speak with a manager and she stated “I am the manager “ and proceeded to go about her business. I will not be coming here again!

The lady technician Jennifer is rude as hell she thinks its all about her she knows all about Medicare you have to have it when you turn 65. Even pharmacy head tried to call you have medicaid you don't need Medicare part d.

I went to the ottumwa Iowa store. I read the previous reviews, and I don't have anything better to say. Their rather self-absorbed and not real helpful. I've been to many Walgreens stores and this one is by far the worst.

Hit miss service. I honestly want to like Walgreens but the customer service on the sales floor is hit miss due to staffing or management issue. I will give them credit for carrying hard to find brands and for the check out lines running smooth every time I've been there.
