It's not at all professional when you have a salt and pepper hair man with glasses that works at the business following individuals around the store profiling them as thieves!!! I will make sure to never return to this facility!!!!

Bathrooms were gross. The sign with the gas prices on it was wrong and the gas was more expensive than the loves next door. Exterior gas stations were overflowing. Do yourself a favor and just go to the gas station next door

They are apparently NOT open 24 hours. I pulled in at almost 10pm needing to clean my windshield and get fuel. I walked around for a second because I had been on the road for 6 hours. As I was walking back to my truck the attendant came and took the window squeegee, I asked him why he was taking it and he said they were closing soon. I just said fine I’ll go to another station. As he obviously recognized I needed it and kept walking off rather than let me clean my windows and fuel up. LOVES is next door and they didn’t come pull the rug out from under me like BP did. This was on 07/07/24 at almost 10 pm

They don't even have a tea bag, but they charge you just for a glass of hot water. Its outside -10. Shame. People, go around this place.

I work for a railroad and travel a lot. Historically, I would always stop here fir their Chicken Biscuits. Over the last several months, even though they are still on the menu, they have had no Chicken Biscuits. I stopped by at 8:30 this morning and, once again, no Chicken Biscuits. Just take them off of the menu if you are NEVER going to make them!
