Coming into Panora off the Raccoon River Valley Trail, my boyfriend and I decided to stop for breakfast at the Casey's. I was looking over all the hot food items and trying to figure out pricing when a store associate asked if I needed help. She recommended various hot items, but pretty much sold me on the loaded breakfast burrito because she said that everyone says it is so filling. Since we would be hiking all day, I wanted the most substantial breakfast possible, so I grabbed two burritos and thanked the woman behind the counter. I wish I had gotten her name, she was so enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. And she wasn't kidding, those burritos are really good and filling. We enjoyed the Casey's coffee blend as well. Really nice and memorable experience at Casey's!

I was in an emergency situation and needed to get yo my child. The alternator was out in my car and I needed the battery charged. They let me charge it there. Then the two days later on my way back the manager let me hang it up again to get back home. The manager also offered me to come inthe store and cool off as it was got out and offered me water as well. Absolutely apricative of the kindness I always recive from all the employees there.

Do not order pizza here. It was not a "caseys pizza". It was 3/4 less the ingredients. Dry. Little sauce. Little cheese. Little ingredients. Not what Casey's is known for. I will NEVER get a pizza here again. I would get a cheap frozen instead.

Zero pizza at 8:30 in the morning, advertising pizza for breakfast at the pumps which is annoying, then I go inside and there isn't any. What a joke!

Today while I had a baby in my hands and my wallet in the other the girl in the register said she was unable to put my pizza slices, which was already in a pizza bag, because it was too far out of the bag. She turned the plastic bag holder towards me and said I had to do it because she didn’t think she could. So with a baby in one hand I bagged the pizza with no problem. To be honest I wasn’t even surprised by her doing this because the service has been so abysmal here. I decided to write this review because I wasn’t phased by this. It was unsurprising to have this happened. What has been surprising here is the ONE time I had a clerk actually give me a good experience, kudos to that lady. The bathrooms and the hallway by it smell like piss, it’s gross. The cabinetry trim by the soda machines has rotted out and it’s moldy. Clerks will walk away from you, be rude, flat out ignore you, wait for you to set all of your stuff down at a closed register before they say it’s closed, talk to the person at the register and hold up the 5 people behind them. The food (when it’s fresh and actually stocked) is actually really good, it would be nice if they could label the pizza correctly. I regularly interact with the same staff because of my schedule and I’m actually happy when someone else is working. This is the first bad review I’ve written in a long while and it’s very deserving.

The men's restroom always smells like urine. Also, the soap dispenser is just lying on the sink. This has been going on for months. Is there a plan to fix that?

Ate there pizza on Sunday night, Got food poisoning,I’m pretty sure, It was all rotten, I won’t be eating here ever again, Stick with the chips guy’s!
