What a joke. My aunt is a diabetic who flew in due to the current conditions in NC. Her luggage with her diabetic syringes got put on the wrong plane and they did not arrive with her. We drove all the way home from the airport before she remembered she needed them and did not have them. I called to ask if I could purchase some locally to save having to drive all the way back into town (because I know you can buy them at Walgreens & Walmart pharmacies). The man that answered the phone was extremely rude and said they would need her prescription. I explained that not only is my aunt's house under water right now but so is her doctors office & regular pharmacy - getting that information right now is virtually impossible. Didn't care. Refused to help. You would think that given the situation, they would be willing to help an elderly lady that has already been through so much get the much needed life saving medication that she needed but nope. Said I'll just drive the hour back into town than to get what she needs. Won't give them any of my business anymore. I'll drive the hour for a bandaid before I use this place again. Unbelievable.

Andrew and his staff worked so hard today to get a prescription filled for me that they were out of. They called and called other pharmacies in their network and got my prescription to me about mid afternoon. I appreciated all of their cheerful, hard work!

Always happy to go here. Almost like an extended family when Mr Knott and Ames Bonkers are there. If they aren't, it's pretty unpleasant.
