Was disappointed and surprised to find there was no housekeeping services. No mention at check in.Cold breakfast available, which was ok, but not even a toaster for the pop tarts?In the breakfast area the chairs were all set upside down on the tables throughout our entire stay. That’s not very welcoming.Shower floor was damaged. Not sure why it was left in that condition. Next time I am in the area I will drive a little further down the road to Grundy Center for a room.I would not recommend this hotel.

The service here is amazing if I could give more than five stars I would the service talks to you and is more than happy to help you out . The womens bathroom has period products provided free of charge . Even the service offered me some of hers as I forgot my products as I was bleeding everywhere 10/10 hotel

Nice clean hotel. No elevator for second floor. No pool and very sparse breakfast. Restaurant next door but hard to tell when it was open. Menu included coffee refills for $1.50.

We are from Arkansas and came to visit family in Stout. We found this hotel online and thought we would try it out. We were very impressed driving upon it! And extremely impressed with the clean spacious suite we had. The staff was also very kind. We will definitely be staying here again!
