“Mike and his team are absolutely amazing. They have to deal with the headaches caused by the car insurance companies, but still provide exceptional service. And they even fix things that they do not charge you- amazing. Thank you for being such a quality service in Pella.”

“I rarely give 5 star reviews but the guys at Central Tire really could earn it. Took my car there to have some work done. It was completed in less than a week’s time. Drive it about 40 miles and it left me stranded. Everyone told me to bring it back there cause it was their work that left me stranded. They should fix it at no cost, if they are reputable. So it went back. It took some time to get all needed parts (old foreign car) but they got it done and remain reputable to me. Excellent work, Central Tire!”
“Blake was great! Awesome customer service and knows what you need to get back on the road. Give these folks a call for your next collision repair, They will not let you down!”
“We can't say enough great things about this repair shop. My box truck broke down a few weeks ago, they made the repair. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They have even been available to answer questions and provide insight since we left. They are Amazing and deserve 100 stars! Thanks ?”
“I had new rims but used my oringinal tires as they still have plenty of tread left on them put on my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. They got me in and out for a reasonable price. Very nice facility and customer friendly. I had a small shake on my front end afterwards. They got me right back in to double check balance. Since my FJ sits idle over the winter the shake is due to a flat spot on one of my tires. I will live with that until I spring for new tires. The shake was not near as bad. Again, very happy with thier customer service. I will use them again.”

“The Ulrich Ford-Lincoln Service Department is top notch. They picked my vehicle up from my house for service bright and early and had it back in a timely manner. Kelsie, Mike, Zach, Dylan and Julie are all fantastic to work with and I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else. They even brought it back all washed! Top tier service department and highly recommend!”
