“Over 10 years ago I had lived in Pella for only a few months, but needed a spare U-joint for my truck when I was headed out of town to beat on it. Because the listing showed 3 different part numbers the guys at Tony's sent me away with all 3 parts and told me to come back later and pay for whatever part I eventually would need and return the rest. I came back later and paid for the correct part and returned the rest, and soon moved away from Pella, but because of that friendly gesture to a perfect stranger I'll go out of my way to buy from them again if I'm ever near the area.
