I walked into the company, mistakenly thinking I was going into a store. The ladies there were so kind and helpful. I came back a few days later to pick up a tier that I needed to complete my window (I had ordered previously online). The two that helped me that day went out of their way to make sure I didn’t feel bad for thinking it was a store. And my windows look great!
