“I was leary of going to Pella store, as had poor customer service there years ago, as did other family members. I am glad I went. CJ though busy with other customers, made sure everyone was taken care of before helping the next customer. We all knew he was busy, but wasn't hurrying therefore no mistakes. Customer in front of me, while CJ is helping him, tells Cj to help me aslo. To which Cj replied, no I'm helping you n they will have to wait. My thought was, yes! Take care of customer you are waiting first. I'll be back to Pella Verizon because of Cj.”
