I never rented a space at this unit, and they keep charging my card for 5 months now for $148.38. I have to file a dispute with my credit card company because he refuses to take my card off of a transaction that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! TAKE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM. THIS IS NOT MY STORAGE UNIT!!!!!!!!!! UNIT 108 FOR 148.38

From the beginning when I started renting with red storage I have not had any problems the person who answered me on the phone was very kind

Was good for storage while I was there for the most part. The last two months I have tried to call for the past 3 weeks and didn’t get and answer till today. Once I finally got an answer I was told I didn’t call ahead so I couldn’t get my unit prorated since I am canceling my unit. Even though I had previously tried to call from the last week of April until today and only finally got an answer today. Be careful when trying to contact the office.

Website says unit is 180/m and I get charged 220/m, I initially thought they were rude, but realized that it’s more so ignorance

I’ve had multiple units at Red Door Storage for several years now. They’ve always been great to deal with! They have never had huge rate hikes like I’ve experienced with other storage unit companies. I would highly recommend them!
