I would give it a highest rating but my only complaint is that the manager is hard to get a hold of. I e tried calling several times and receive a message to give access code which I don't have yet, been using key for door.

I lived at Shady Creek almost 15 years ago when the present manager took over. This place was wonderful. Very professional. Security doors. Very friendly environment for myself and my daughters.Never had any problems. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom home in pella.
