“I recently rented suites for my wedding from Franklin St Clothing. My husband & I are not from Pella but fell in love with a venue there. We knew Franklin St was next door to the venue so when we were ready to find suites, I called and spoke to Mike. He made the whole process go so smoothly especially since we are from out of town and couldn’t easily stop by the store. I knew I wanted our groomsmen in one color & my husband and our dads in a different color. Mike sent me links to look at options online. Once I picked what I wanted, Mike did the rest. It was a stress free process! We had to make a few last minute changes (adding another ring bearer) and Mike made it seem like no problem. It was great to meet Mike in store when we came to Pella the week before our wedding. His customer service is exceptional and makes you feel welcomed & important as soon as you walk thru the door.”
