I was just in Casey’s at 56th and E university in Pleasant Hill 4:15ish on June 14th and when I took my stuff up I asked the cashier to check my Ia Lottery tickets ,I had 3 ,he told
>me no I had to go the the machine in the corner and check them myself ! That Casey’s will only allow him to Check 1 ticket. That that is why they have the machine. <
I will buy my tickets elsewhere, I sure as hell don’t want any money going to them if I ever win.

Several times I have ordered thru their AI Ava that I had No Pizza's ready or even ordered getting really fed up with it. We order Several times a month, maybe time to find somewhere else to get Pizza!

The last 2 times i’ve gotten pizza i’ve had a bad experience. I placed a delivery order and it was made wrong and the guy on the phone rushed me off the phone and made me come to pick up the pizza that was made right and it was a 2 hour process to even get the pizza made right. and tonight i show up and they hadn’t started my pizza and the guy on the phone seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all. i just feel like the entire staff is just annoyed.

$1 over price on beer, I as the old man why is the price is now the same as the 1 in the fridge? Caus the 1 in the fridge is $16.49 but he charges me$1749 plus tax . But he shouldn’t be ruled to the customer.

This is the third time I’ve ordered on the phone and on the app I get to the location to pick up my pizza and guess what they don’t know who the hell I am. Well, guess what I am. I’m an unhappy customer. I just can’t even tell you how much I’ve enjoyed Casey’s pizza in the past, but your customer service and delivery of product leaves a lot to be desired

Just ordered 2 pizzas today from the Casey’s on University. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but I have to say they were the best! Taco one had the lettuce, tomatoes & chips & it tasted so good. Likewise the pepperoni one great too. Just a little brown on the bottom but otherwise good. Thank you!

I wish I had the name of the employee but I do not. I think he is a younger manager and if so, he represents the face of Caseys really well. Anyways! He radiates the most positive energy out of any Caseys worker I've met. He greets every customer and even throws in compliments like "nice car, love the shoes, that's a nice hat", etc. He takes the time to talk with customers and get to know them. When he is working, there is always fresh food and if not, he takes care of his customers. I just wanted to shout out this man because I see his interactions with customers weekly and it needs to go noticed that we appreciate him!
I gave 4 stars because when he isn't working, food isn't always done and some of the other workers are not as friendly. Overall there are some great employees here! They are the reason why I do not choose the Kwil Star across the street.

Pizza was an hour over the “enjoy by” date. *the other pizza was an hour and 15 older than the deadline. $3.52 a slice for old crusty pizza. I asked the clerk if there was anything that could be done and he said, “well you could pay $3.52 or I could throw it away”. I knew I made a mistake with a kwik star across the street. Do better Casey’s.

If this is a Casey's you want to stop at for quick bite before work, keep driving you'll only waste your time. However the kitchen staff will be filling each other in on their recent party exploits which only makes sense as to why they have 2 half breakfast pizzas and the other food warmers completely empty at 5:40am. Don't worry what kind of reviewer would I be without pictures.

Placed a pizza order and not sure if the online system glitched or what happened but out Chicken Bacon Ranch was ordered without chicken. Also our Taco pizza had no tomatoes on it. Asked them to remake them which they were mad about but did. Came back in the store to get the pizzas and the girl in the kitchen was complaining about me wanting them remade when I should know what I ordered. Very very rude and unprofessional.

My favorite thing about this place is the pepperoni pizza, the taco pizza, and the breakfast pizza especially.
