This place use to be clean every time i walked in. Post new owner, its always messy. Why am i seeing feces by the washing machine? Theres trash everywhere, its so bad. the environment makes me so uncomfortable cleaning my clothes here. How can I clean my clothes in a place that is filthy?

The washing machines stink. The dryers don't work properly. Way overpriced for not cleaning and drying. Don't recommend doing laundry here. Pathetic franchise doesn't care about the customers.

Lucky for them I was forced to give it 1 star. I have been using this facility since I moved back to the area 2 years ago. Always a clean place to go with great prices. That has since changed. Machine prices have increased (yes, i know everything has gone up), but what is worse is the fact that you have to BUY one of THEIR cards to use their machines. No more quarters or now useless tokens that customers have. On top of it, when using a card, they tack on an additional 4+%. Wow! Talk about nickle and diming the hell out of customers.Oh, and dont think you are going to be able to just top off your card by a dollar or 2 at the end of your laundry run, the minimum is $10! So, to recap:
1) Increased prices
2)Can't use quarters
3) Tokens that once worked there are useless
4) Charging for their card
5) Service charge to put money on their card
6) Minimum amount of $10
You all make your personal choices, my choice is to stay away from this place. In today's economy, it's about dollars and sense, and it makes no sense to nickle and dime your customers.

I’ve been to this laundromat a few times, and I’m honestly disappointed. This is the third time the dryers didn’t dry my clothes properly, even after spending more money and time than I should’ve. It’s frustrating, especially when it keeps happening.
Instead of focusing on switching everything to card payments, they should really make sure their washers and dryers are working like they’re supposed to. The machines need to be checked and maintained better people are paying to get their laundry done right, not to leave with damp clothes.

I live in town, so I like to do business local. Been coming here for years. Now it's changed so no more coins. You have to sign up and put all your info in their system to get a card and load it somehow. NOPE. See ya.

I just moved right next to this and was very pleasantly surprised at how well kept in clean and inviting it is inside. And it's open 24 hours!! It's a little small, but has everything needed, including a variety of sizes of washers. It was very pleasurable experience and comfortable in there. It was also a good value for the money I spent.

I used the coin machine to get quarters $20 and only got $7 in quarters back because the coin machine ran out of money, I’ve called several times, and the first time I called she took my phone number and said they will call me back the next day, I waited a week then called back and now it’s been over a month, now whenever I call it goes straight to voicemail mail. PAY ME MY $14 DOLLARS BACK PLZ AND THANK YOU.

They really need to visit laundromat more for cleaning. All the washers need a good cleaning. Some smell terrible.

Came to do laundry because our dryer is broken. It was disappointing to see the coin machine give "tokens" and not dollar coins. Now I'm stuck with fake coins I'll never use again.

Money machines don’t work, no options for extra rinse or anything. Just the basic push start and go. My recommendation is to go a little further into Des Moines to one of the newer laundromats that are taken care of
