Community State Bank is a local bank in Pleasant Hill with many branches throughout the metro area. The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides phenomenal and responsive service. Customers are always welcomed and greeted cheerfully. The customer service is consistently excellent, putting the customer first. If there is a question or concern, you can actually go in or call and speak with someone who is able to address or resolve it. This is service that you will never find at any of the national or mega banks.
They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff, as well as great high interest accounts. Sarah and Abby are always willing to go the extra mile to help out if I have questions about my accounts.
Highly recommend.
