The bank Manger is highly inappropriate and flirts and laughs at inappropriate circumstances. 42 years with them and she closed MY account because she was to caught up in the gossip. She even called him on weekends. When his phone went off and said bitch calling she thought that was hilarious

Your customer service sucks. Fact that one your customers was upset and went in close the account and don't ask why or what happened to resolve a matter show the little effort you guys give to your customers. Glad I'm going with different bank.

Friendly and helpful staff. Trish, the branch manager is awesome! Local in Pleasant Hill with many branches throughout the metro area. If you have a question you can actually go in or call and speak with someone that's able to address or resolve the concern. Phenomenal and responsive service that you'll never find at any of the national/mega banks regardless of how much they spend on marketing to convince you otherwise!

I've been banking here for 20+ years. Have always been treated with friendliness and professionalism. Tellers are super helpful. Personal bankers are professional and friendly. Their fraud control unit can be a bit intense when I travel overseas, even after I call to let them know I'll be making these transactions, however it's always quickly resolved.

One star and would do less. Not gonna get into the multiple issues experienced, just gonna say work on customer service. There was no reason my significant other should have gotten snapped out by one of your tellers. She was very rude, I'm sure the truck next to us could hear the human discussing our account. And it was all our fault according to her.

Great bank. We've been with them for 22 years and will continue. I made an error on my deposit slip and didn't realize it until I checked the balance later. I spoke with Erin B. the Teller manager and she researched the mistake and called me back within 20 minutes and had corrected the error. Very friendly and helpful. A peace of mind for me. Thank you
