I have purchased all of my cars from Deery brothers in Pleasant Hill. So have my children, my sister, my sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and friends. I've gotten great cars and have been treated well. Woody Wright at Deery Brothers is honestly the most honest, genuine sales guy ever! He will go out of his way to make something right! He listens to what you say you want/need and works hard to achieve the needs/wants of his customers. He is highly skilled at what he does and takes the time to educate you on anything that you have questions on. Great place to buy a car and have your car serviced at!

Took my car in to get looked at and the customer service there was awesome! Cory helped with all my questions and I was able to get the answers I needed.

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing my used car at this Deery Brothers location in Pleasant Hill. I will never do business with them again. They do not inspect their vehicles before putting them on their lot for sale. The used car manager Blake admitted that they do not inspect the vehicles because that would cost a lot, then 2nd time talking to him, he denied he said that. Once we drove off the lot, we found a fog light out, a brake line twisted on drivers side, a broken washer fluid pump, so no windshield washing, 2 tire sensors bad and not working. Back up camera not working, but yet they advertised that it has a backup camera. Guess it does, we just are not going to be able to use it. And, after driving it for a week, it periodically makes a revving noise underneath that comes and goes. Scary. I also asked my salesman several times about two key fobs or 1, he avoided the question then stated he does not know and can't discuss it. Just be upfront that there is only one. I have left a message for the General Manager Tom, never received a call back. Blake the Used Car Manager was very rude, talked down to me. Changed his story, lied, then said the washer fluid pump was fine when they sold it, we must have broke it. Broke a pump way under the hood somewhere inside of the car. ok..... and you dont do inspections but now you do or did even though you told me on the phone you dont. You guys give Chevy dealerships a bad name and I hope word of mouth does its job. Treat your customers better, be honest!!!!

Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from this location. I had an amazing salesman, Chris, and would gladly go back to him in the future if necessary. I noticed a few minor issues a few weeks after purchasing, so I brought it in to the service center to have things checked out. I was then told the main issue I had noticed was "not there" and they would need to order parts for the other issue (no big deal). I received a call that the parts were in and scheduled an appointment, showed up for said appointment and they had no idea what I was talking about. They brought my vehicle back anyways, and said they would see what they could do.I'm really not one to complain, but I spent over 2 hours waiting for them to fix the back wiper on my vehicle. No one came to tell me what was going on and it seemed that they were not extremely busy, definitely not busy enough for a 2 hour wait. A very frustrating experience to say the least.

Service Center There are some people who enjoy their job and know what they're doing and some that don't... I was here while back. They don't care about your car... especially if you didn't buy there from them. They rarely get the vehicle fixed on the first try and they will leave finger marks inside your interior fabric and won't clean up after themselves. Seems like they will only do the minimal and get stuff done when you're irritated and angry. These employees don't like nice customers.Worst part is they say they are working on your vehicle but they're not. They'll make you wait 2-3 days for your vehicle pretending to do work on it.

They lie about certified vehicles, refrain from fixing parts that were broken before the sale, and the boss has a hot head even when approaching him with a civil attitude asking questions about the lemon vehicle he sold you. Terrible people and terrible vehicles! Never going back!! I won't be recommending them EVER but I will ill-advise everyone I know looking to buy!!

I've had my car serviced here and repaired from an accident. They are punctual, perfectionist, and always friendly! I would recommend them!

My husband & I bought a 2019 Nissan Armada approximately 3 months ago. It became apparent almost immediately that the staff will say what they need to, to make a sale. Even if that means being outright dishonest. We were told when purchasing that the vehicle had 2 key fobs and we could get the second key fob when finishing paperwork the following Monday. There wasn't a second key fob. We also were told the vehicle had remote start. We realized immediately that it didn't start via remote. We made an appointment at Deery to get the 1 semi working key fob, fixed so that the remote start would work, along with the unlock/lock. At this point- we could only unlock and lock the vehicle by standing next to the car with the remote in hand & pressing the button on the door handle. We were told we'd have to take it to Nissan to be updated electronically, but that it's covered under the manufacturers warranty. Nissan sent the key fob off as a faulty key fob & said they'd call when they had the now 2 keys we needed. Come to find out, the 1 key fob we were given WASNT MADE FOR AN ARMADA. 2019 armadas do not have remote start, unless after market. ADDITIONALLY- the physical key inside of the fob was not even cut. It was blank. We would have no entry to our vehicle if the key fob battery died or quit working and we have 2 children who ride in this vehicle. My husband contacted Josh Harris - the used sales manager (who goes to auction to purchase these vehicles) , to ask what could be done about the $600 we had to pay for 2 new key fobs, that were promised upon sale. He stated that "you've made it 3 months with that key fob". He offered $50!!! Towards the $600 bill we had to pay. We stated we'd be contacting his supervisor and he responded "good luck with that". It's evident they do not do full inspections prior to selling their vehicles and will lie to the point of allowing SAFETY concerns, to make a sale. You'd think you'd be treated better, when purchasing a car for $30k+. Take your business elsewhere.

These guys are the worst of the worst. They give car salesmen a bad name. I have a friend who purchased a car from them, which was so mechanically damaged that he was told by the salesman he bought it from that he could return it. When he tried, the General Manager told my friend to get off the property or he'd call the police. Who does that? Certainly not going to get any business from me or anyone else I know.Read the reviews. This place is the worst. STAY AWAY!!!!!
