Always answers all my questions and great with finding me what I am in the market for. Explains all the features and helps set up OnStar every time. We purchased my GMC Acadia from Deery Brothers, and we continue to return for routine maintenance and service. The staff at Deery are professional, welcoming, and positive. Scheduling is easy, and the service team does a great job communicating what they find if there is a concern. I recently had my vehicle in for a possible concern, and Lane did a thorough inspection. It turned out that everything was running properly, and there was no cost associated with the service appointment. The level of service is greatly appreciated. Lane was prompt and clear as he explained what was done to check. We will continue to bring our vehicle to Deery; thank you!

I don’t normally post reviews but Megan in Collision was amazing and amazing at communicating with me about trying to find a replacement door panel. She kept me updated constantly on options she’s found and gave alternative ideas on out to fix it. It’s never fun having to do repairs but she made the process just a breeze.

Purchased a new car last night at Deery Brothers Chevrolet in Pleasant Hill. Worked with Woody Wright who is a phenomenal salesman but more importantly down to earth person willing to help and answer all your questions. He was very thorough in the buying process and made sure to go over all the features in the Chevy Traverse RS before we left the lot, and we even had some fun with it! Our experience at Deery in Pleasanthill was awesome from the start. Alex helped us immediately and tried to answer all our questions the best he could. He was new and had just started that week and was quick to let us know so that we were aware. He was honest if he didn’t know an answer to a question we had and would grab someone to help. Everyone there was super nice and helpful and was not pushy for us to buy something. I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2023 Traverse! Thank you Alex, Blake, and Gerald!

I’ve brought my truck (July 2022) and have had numerous issues. From rubbing noise when I first brought it in the first week I had it. The technicians said there was nothing they could find. I drive it home and crawled underneath and saw the wheel and tires had polished the control arms. I had to come in and show them and get it fixed, but they wanted me to pay for it. I had to go to sales manager to eventually get it fixed. They replaced the control arms and put on spacers. Fast forward to just over a year later…. Making noise again. They said it was the control arm again but since it has a lift, they wouldn’t cover it. They did get a new control arm from rough country (warranty I guess) but I paid over 300 dollars for labor. I left and it was making a noise. Once again, I crawled underneath and noticed a bolt was missing on toe rod end. I had to bring it back and tell them what it was. (Not sure if it was missing or forgot to put back in when they replaced control arm. Got it fixed last Friday. Had to drive out of town for my daughters wedding and guess what…. It’s making a noise again. So, I’ll have to bring it back in again…. It’s been nothing but frustration for me. I guess it shouldn’t be up to me to find out and come back and tell mechanics what is wrong. I get cars break down, but if you look at the amount of times I’ve had to bring this truck in, you might see my frustration.

When we 1st looked at buying a new truck, we discovered that the overall payment was more than we could afford. It was then that our salesman, Woody Wright talked to us about leasing. Having never leased before, we had our concerns. Woody went over all the details, explained everything about it. We gave it a try and now, I'm very happy to say that we still lease our vehicles and we have no one to thank but Woody. No one takes more pride of satisfying the customer more than Woody Wright. His attention to what the customer wants is far above having the satisfaction of just making a sale. Looking for a great salesman together you what you want. Go Deery and go see Woody Wright!!!

I loved my experience with Deery!! NICK WAS AWESOME! Him and Todd (I hope that’s the correct name) we’re so amazing to me. They made the process fun and easy, they were encouraging and kind, helpful and compassionate! I felt like a queen! Plus they got me an amazing deal on an awesome car! I love my new car and my great experience. Would 10/10 visit again!

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing my used car at this Deery Brothers location in Pleasant Hill. I will never do business with them again. They do not inspect their vehicles before putting them on their lot for sale. The used car manager Blake admitted that they do not inspect the vehicles because that would cost a lot, then 2nd time talking to him, he denied he said that. Once we drove off the lot, we found a fog light out, a brake line twisted on drivers side, a broken washer fluid pump, so no windshield washing, 2 tire sensors bad and not working. Back up camera not working, but yet they advertised that it has a backup camera. Guess it does, we just are not going to be able to use it. And, after driving it for a week, it periodically makes a revving noise underneath that comes and goes. Scary. I also asked my salesman several times about two key fobs or 1, he avoided the question then stated he does not know and can't discuss it. Just be upfront that there is only one. I have left a message for the General Manager Tom, never received a call back. Blake the Used Car Manager was very rude, talked down to me. Changed his story, lied, then said the washer fluid pump was fine when they sold it, we must have broke it. Broke a pump way under the hood somewhere inside of the car. ok..... and you dont do inspections but now you do or did even though you told me on the phone you dont. You guys give Chevy dealerships a bad name and I hope word of mouth does its job. Treat your customers better, be honest!!!!

My salesman Brandon Faktor was very transparent the entire process, and kept me up to date the entire time over several days. He sent me pictures of my new truck when it arrived, even on his day off. Once I arrived at the dealer, I wasn’t there even 30 minutes. They had everything ready to go, including “my Chevrolet” and Onstar services already set up. Very nice and welcoming people.
