Grateful for the crew at Firestone Pleasant Hill!! We were traveling cross country and noticed an issue with the car. I was able to get an appt, with short notice, and they did a great job taking care of the issue!! Highly recommend!

Dakota the store manager I believe- super friendly and helpful. Made a not so good situation with my tire a very pleasant and enjoyable one. Him and his staff- Ben I believe, were very knowledgeable and helpful. Greatly appreciate all that they did for me. Have already told all my family and friends about my experience and my recommendation of this location. Amazing job!

Had a great experience day at Firestone PHill! Oil change and tire rotation were both done well and in a timely fashion. Great customer service as well. The new manager is friendly and super helpful! They will definitely be seeing me again!

In town for the week and had a tire go bad. Got in right away and they were extremely helpful trying to patch said tire. When it was found to be beyond repair, Dakota helped pick tires that matched my others. Service was great!! Would definitely be a full time customer if we lived here in town.

This Pleasant Hill Firestone, under new management, has always been the best place for me to go when my vehicles need service. The employees are very helpful and have great personalities! I have been going there for years and have never had a problem. Check them out! You won't be disappointed! 🙂

Came In for an alignment, left with crooked steering wheel, damaged tie rods and wheels. We have before and after photos and they still won’t take responsibility. They also said other things needed to be done because things were rusted when in fact they were weren’t. (I have a fairly new truck) Decided to go to a different location and they were able to do the alignment and said there was no rust and nothing needs to be replaced. Also, Pleasant Hill location we asked why is the steering wheel crooked if we’re trying to get an alignment and their response was you brought it in like that. Customer service was rude and seems like they need more training. The other location we went to their customer service was immaculate and they did what was supposed to be done the first time.

Had my car for a day and half when they said it would be a quick fix. Ended up losing a day of work because of it. They’re disorganized. Didn’t get a sticker from my oil change. Previous employee Ben made my wife super uncomfortable riding in the vehicle with him test driving, he was saying bad things about his manager and the company. Both my wife and I came in for alignments on previous service and both alignments failed putting the alignment further out than it was before. They need to get their stuff together. Manager is nice but store is trash.

the new store manager Suzanne is fantastic! My tire popped in the wee hours of the morning and as (admittedly unnecessarily) stressed as i was on the phone, she was empathetic, caring, and went the extra mile to help answer additional questions i had unrelated to the repair. Firestone stayed in contact the entire process and they were able to get all repairs and maintenance needed in just a few hours. Thanks again!
