If I could give this place a zero I really would. This place disappointed me to no end. My boyfriend & I took my car in to get the serpentine belt replaced but all they did was remove it & never replaced it. Then they preceded to tell me all of the things that were wrong with my vehicle that was untrue. Please do NOT go here!! They WILL scam you. This establishment needs to be shut down so they can stop taking advantage of people. It’s truly sick what they do to people. NEVER go here!

Had a great experience here--in the past when I've gone to auto care places the staff (of mostly men) have been kind of condescending, but the ladies here were amazing and very helpful :) got me in quickly, were very kind, and fixed my car up! I felt very respected and welcomed here.

The staff are all very competent . . . I waited a little more than an hour and while I waited I listened to the manager that day (Feb. 17) She was so impressive with her customer service . . so sincere whether on the phone or in person . . . An excellent employee and company reresentative.

Canceled my appointment as i was walking in. Then told me i was going to have to wait two days for it to be fixed. A simple 15-20 min issue.*update still no messages from store manager*take car elsewhere

I just want to thank the lady (didn’t get her name) at the front counter for helping me get air in my tires. The pumps at the gas station were frozen and she stepped right up and wouldn’t let me pay! Thank you again for saving the day

Me and husband went up to get our tires aired since all of the other air pumps were not working because of cold, and they aired ours up for us for freee and they were extremely kind and polite. Amazing service!

Katherine was a life saver today! None of the gas station air pumps would work with the below zero temps and I had a near flat tire. She left the front desk to air me up and get me back on the road, free of charge. I’ll be back for paid service in the future.

Discrepancies in billing, took longer than expected, when finished, parked car outside engine running unlocked, wasted 1/8 tank of gas, did not apply promotional $40 off, state tax paid not included in refund, cashier stopped check out for 5 plus minutes which resulted in my car running for extra minutes, if not reimbursed I will take appropriate legal action. Firestone has not contacted me regarding complaint and resolution. In addition to this survey, I reserve the right to file complaint with State and local agencies regarding state taxes inappropriately assessed and paid by me and with BBB and Firestone web page ratings/comments.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. I witnessed an irrate customer go off about a minor thing and was simply amazed how jeremy, service manager, took full responsibility and did everything he could to defuse a difficult situation. While the lady was crazy and was yelling and belittling him he treated her respectfully. Amazing people skills!

We have had so many problems at this location, I told hubby, DON'T GO THERE, but he did, and AGAIN, ISSUES... HAD his oil changed a couple months ago and today he was checking his oil level, no Oil CAP on the oil, yes they forgot to replace it!!! Ugh, Never again will we go back to this location!!!Nicholas, in response to your reply,eave me a phone number or an email so that I can reply!!!!Invoice # 145800 on 11/27/23 at Store # 304016 what more do you need?
