Brought my boys here you can tell half of the staff doesn’t like there job ! Very rude however one of my boys got a girl that was super sweet she works part time and she did a great job! My other son went with another lady that completely screwed up his hair cut left bald spots was very uneven and she was just flat out rude I wish I had her name! I normally go to the Altoona one and they are great they just happened to have a longer wait time and now I see why … I won’t be returning!

Got my hair cut July 3rd. I asked for layers and texturing on the top. No layers My hair is pretty much all one length. I had to ask her at the end to texture the top. You could tell she was irritated with me. Ugh I'm super frustrated. I was just going to let it go, but when you pay for something you want and don't get it, why shouldn't I say something?!

I took my 90 year old Mother in to get her hair cut. I bought her a yellow sapphire necklace (some she had want for as long as I could remember) the beautician cut her 14kt gold necklace in half. Not even blinging an eye she told me well you can have it soldered together. I told her it could not be soldered. I was stunned. So they changed me as if nothing had happened. I spoke up and finally the lady took off mom’s hair cut. I was heartbroken. When I got home I called my Niece (she is a General manager cost cutters, not this particular one, but was familiar with the area and the manager manager) She told me they have insurance for this and assured me it would be taken care of. She called me back telling me she had spoke with the GM of this salon.And that she would be getting ahold of me. I never heard from her. To add insult to injuring the lighting at the salon, put mom’s pendant in an envelope a big envelope. Along with the broken chain. When I got home, I looked all over far it. (They had told me they placed it in the sack) It was not in the sack. so we not only got the necklace cut in half we ended up with nothing. The necklace cost $459 and then I bought a new stronger chain for it which was $145 somewhere around there.. I even sent the receipt for the chain to, my niece, and she forwarded it on the other general manager. Then I realized that we didn’t even have that in the sack. I am heartbroken.

I think this place is better for shorter hair my hair was about 6-7 inches I was getting a mullet she cut it a Little too short but that's okay! The lady that was cutting my hair was super friendly there was hair all over the place but I would assume that's normal but a pretty friendly place with friendly workers would recommend for cheap haircuts!
