I didn’t even get to look at the truck. Guy just stood there as I was going through the website looking at trucks because he literally wouldn’t help. Seen one online I was interested in and he said ya that’s probably down there somewhere and walked back inside. I think his lunch was waiting on him. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service is great but it is to only blind you from the countless issues you will be dealing with after you leave with it. “Any problems within said time we will fix it on us” was the biggest lie. We drove hours to bring these shysters our business. I wish someone would have told me before purchasing. My girlfriend purchased the vehicle and they without a doubt took advtange of her because her lack of knowledge on vehicles. I have been putting in money and labor with things that should have been taken care of when brought in AS PROMISED. Instead all we got was lies, a weak handshake, and broken promises. If you value your family do not put them in one of this dealers vehicles. -5 Stars

Rather disappointed in the maintenance of the vehicle we test drove. While clean on the inside and out. Mechanical it was unfit to drive. When this was brought up to the salesmember they were not aware. Me just being overly cautious but if this was my business I would have every car checked and rechecked to avoid a potential lawsuit from someone test driving the inventory.

We bought our daughter her first car and had a great experience. They gave us a fair offer for my trade in. Deshaun was great to work with. He was professional and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy my next daughter’s car from them.

Customer service was good! The reason for 1 star is because any vehicle that has rust they paint over it and don't tell you!! So look out if buying a car from here double check to make sure they didn't paint over the rust!!!!

We had such a great experience working with David! He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He even stayed late to help us and got everything done extra quickly so we didn’t have to wait around. On top of that, he took care of ordering a cosmetic part our car needed, which really showed how much he cared about making sure everything was perfect. Super friendly, helpful, and professional the entire time—we couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Highly recommend asking for David if you’re looking for a stress-free car buying experience!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in October 2024, and it started having serious issues the very next day (electrical problems, transmission, and engine failures). I have already spent over $7,000 on repairs, and the dealer has refused to take any responsibility. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly and with documented evidence, I have received no real support. What they sell does not match what they promise, and it is unfair to mislead customers this way. I would not recommend buying here, as they do not stand behind the vehicles they sell.

I bought a 2013 Ford Escape from this joke of a car dealer. On day two my windshield wipers didn’t work. Their reply was to go to an auto parts store and spray some sort of windshield lubricant and that would miraculously fix the problem.
Now a year later the problem persists. Despite the saleswoman insisting they will help me find a fix they have totally and completely blown me off. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE even pull in the lot in Pleasant Hill. The Euclid location isn’t any better. If anyone at Kars Inc there has their lips moving don’t believe a word they say. UPDATE: The issue with the windshield wipers not working were a combination of a bad battery. I just bought this vehicle from Kars a little over a year ago. The least they can do is check the condition of the battery before they sell the vehicle. It's VERY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE A VEHICLE when
the windshield wipers don't work. At Kars THEY DON'T CARE. The wiper motor had a short. Kars DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY or OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE once the vehicle leaves their lot and they have their money. It's too bad places like this are allowed to stay in business. I was also offered an oil change since they're too cheap to pay the credit card processing fee. I have outstanding credit and incredible credit card offers. I can use a card to rack up a lot of gift points or airline miles on a large purchase. So I put $5,000 on my card that equals I also had to pay $150 service fee to the Credit Card company. The agreement with the saleswoman was I will get a complimentary oil change. When I asked her about it in early July 2025 not even a year after buying the vehicle her comment was...that was like 500 customers ago so not sure we can do that. That's code for she lied at the time of purchase I would get a comp oil change since KARS INC ARE TOO CHEAP TO PAY THE CREDIT CARD SERVICE FEE. Cheap and dishonest. Again, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING THERE. Since I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape in July 2024 I know I've spent at least $1,500 just to be able to drive the car with some sense of safety. One of my big repair bills were the headlights. They were both on the brink of total failure. Thank goodness I know a good mechanic or two that will fix what are obviosly shady and unethical business practices by Kars Inc. Let me repeat. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO KARS INC in either Pleasant Hill or on Euclid. I did and not all I can do is keep making my Google Reviews. I hope I've made at least one person who thought it's a good place to buy a vehicle to have a second thought and say NO TO KARS. Remember if the saleswoman is moving her lips whatever she is saying is not honest. That's just how she rolls. I would like to see her drive down the highway without her windshield wipers not working and see her go to a auto parts store and buy a windshield lubricant so her wipers will by some miracle or divine intervention start to work.
