I have been taking group class with Jared for a few months. The classes provide are motivating and I have enjoyed the challenge. I recently decided to sign up for personal training with Jared. I am looking forward to the one on one setting and I know he will push me to meet my fitness goals!

I recently joined and have had a couple training sessions with Jared. Jadyn was extremely helpful in getting my introduced to the gym and setup with my membership. Jared has been great to train with. The gym is well maintained and clean.

I really love this gym. I wanted somewhere with classes and personal training, and that was open whenever I could fit in a workout. The staff is amazing. I am especially grateful to Chris Merchant, my personal trainer, who is so engaged and so motivating. He LOVES his job and it shows. Nick Costello leads my Build and Burn classes and his workouts are great, too. Both he and Chris make the workouts really challenging, never repetitive, and they're also fun. It's also worth mentioning that the people that work out at this gym are awesome, too.

AF has been willing to make sure their class schedules allow my wife and I to attend. Their trainers will mod excercises to make sure they work for us. Great people there.

This gym is so clean! I see my trainer Chris twice a week. He’s so easy to get along with and my workouts fly by. Lucas is also super friendly. They are always cleaning something. I am so glad this gym is here and close to home. I would recommend to anyone!
