They are ok with basic tasks and simplistic accounts but struggle with more complex issues, such as those affecting Trusts and probate.I also find it noteworthy that it appears they have deleted several negative reviews over the past 9 months, yet left some intact. In many of those reviews they chose to take the opportunity to argue with the reviewer, instead of taking the discussion off line to address.They are not a bad bank. With that said, you can do better.

I am a business owner and came here to cash a check and they charged me over $50 just to cash the check. Ridiculous absolutely the worst fees I've ever seen

Don't bank here. They charge fees for literally everything they can, including mailing your monthly statement. Save your money, go to a credit union!
