“They made me feel very comfortable the moment I entered the office. It was my first visit and first impressions are very important. They spent all of the time necessary for the examination & I did not feel rushed at all. They were incredible with my kitty & answered all of my questions. “I am very happy with my visit to Value Vet. I did not have an appointment, so I showed up right as they opened at 7am as a walk-in. The front desk staff was very helpful getting my cat checked in. I didn't have to wait for someone to take us back to an exam room. The nurse checked out my cat immediately and was very gentle and kind, while still being assertive enough to evaluate a scared cat.
When the vet came in she listened intently without interrupting or making me feel like I didn't know what was going on with my pet. I felt like the staff genuinely cared about me and my cat. When making a treatment plan, the vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She was upfront about prices, and even offered more cost-effective options for the expensive items my cat needed.
Of course, every vet visit is costly. I ended up spending $450, but for the quality and quantity of the items; it seemed fair. Most of the total amount came from the wellness check and the tests done to my cat, but they were upfront about the prices before starting anything.
It has been 4 days since our visit and my cat's condition is improving quickly. I am very happy with the care we both recieved at Value Vet, and I will be taking him back for a follow up visit soon. Thank you! ?”

“Dr. Kelsey was so comforting and kind during my visit where I had to say goodbye to my baby. She let me have all the time I needed and made sure I understood everything that was happening throughout the process. Dr. Kelsey took the time to explain the X rays of my cat and the options I had. My fur baby was seen at Creature comfort his whole life, and they always took great care of him. They were not pushy at all when it came to the decision that had to be made. They supported me through said decision and showed my family and my baby so much love. Highly recommend for lifetime care as well as end of life care.”
“Dr. Pam, and the entire team and Northwest Veterinary Hospital, have taken excellent care of my dog, Lulu, while she's dealt with several very serious health issues. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, capable, responsive, and so kind to Lulu and me. “We want to thank Dr Rauser & his wonderful techs!! Our little Shi-Poo became very sick with many episodes of diarrhea. We tried everything from rice & hamburger, to anti-diarrhea medicine. I called Healing Paws, Dr Rauser, & they got us right in. He thoroughly checked her out & prescribed digestive canned food for her intestines & probiotics. He is very kind, knowledgeable, & explains every detail. He was patient & took his time with her & us. Her diarrhea stopped that night. He doesn't add a gamut of testing to be done, unless she didn't get better. I am an RN, & if he treated human patients, he'd be my choice!! Everyone that works in this clinic is so kind & knowledgeable!! I highly recommend Healing Paws Veterinarian Clinic!!”
