We were looking for something to help keep my mom home for longer. She really didn't want to go into an assisted living facility. Found this online, and it was a really smooth process from that first call to when it was delivered. Mom is really happy with the bed, which means all of us are happy. Lol.

Great customer service, felt like they really took the time to go through what my partner needs and then made suggestions based off of that. We got the bed 2 months ago, I wanted to wait until we had tried it for a while before I added a review.We got a Supernal HiLow in a full size, and we’re hooked. They came in and completely built the bed and made sure everything worked and then they took all the packing stuff with them.We really love it. My partner can sit up properly with the bed doing most of the work. And getting her in and out of bed takes so much less effort. I was curious about how hard it would be to clean it since the bed is really heavy. We chose to put casters on it, and moving it to get to the wall side is actually really easy. Would definitely recommend getting the casters as well, if you don’t need the lowest height. And the casters lock, so it holds the bed in place when she’s actually using the bed.

Love this product. My grandparents both sleep in the Supernal 3 Hi low!! It has changed their lives.

Transfer Master is a great family-owned business. They have been making hospital beds over 25 years and know how to make durable and functional beds. The beds are comfy (unlike the beds you typically get in a hospital) and sturdy—and the customer service is exceptional.

this electric bed was perhaps the single worst purchase of my life. at a cost of over $6000 it is horrible. has not worked correctly since it was set up and delivered by two men who had never seen a bed like this before. Prts are missing and impossible to get. i am handicap and in a wheelchair and this bed has compromised my already limited life.
