“These guys went above and beyond for me! My daughter, some friends and I were on our way to a concert in Omaha when we got a flat tire. I couldn’t get the last lug nut off to put the donut on. I called this shop and was told they normally don’t do roadside assistance, but they sent a guy out anyways. They were able to get the donut on and had a new tire ready to be put on by the time I made it to their shop! They saved the day and we made it to our concert in time! Thank you so much to Calvin, Micah and the crew! You guys went above and beyond for us and I truly appreciate it!”
“I have been working on my 2008 Chevy Duramax, because had trouble with low fuel rail pressure code. I reman injectors in it from a big not box parts store. Still same issue. Opted to put new fuel pump it the truck. Had the check my old pump they confirmed it was bad, purchased new one from them. Still had same issue with the truck, pulled out after market injectors that didn’t have 20,000 miles on them had them check them, found 5 bad injectors, purchased injectors from them truck runs great. They have been very helpful in helping guiding me through working on the truck. I have business with them on other projects that I have worked on at work and they have always been good to work with. Highly recommend them.”
“Ordered 90 degree and 45 degree exhaust elbows, gasket, and sealing rings for a M&W turbo kit on a 756 German Diesel. Parts were very good quality, fit well, and were packaged very nicely so that nothing was damaged in shipping.”

The customer service was excellent and they didn't give us issues for both ordering kids meals, which was really refreshing. I have missed good Midwest burgers so I was so excited my cheeseburger was so awesome. East Coast burgers just aren't the same. I really like how they've implemented recycling here and it explains exactly what things you can recycle as well.”

“Ive known Chad for over 10 years. Is always realistic about when can get you in. He doesnt leave you sticker shock. Make sure you know eexactly what you need when you go in, or you may have to come another day weeks down the road. Chad has plenty of repairs lined up, and if you arent there for your appointment time within reason he will have no hesitation to start the next job and you may find yourself at the back of the line. Chad and I have gone to same church together, and we both like fishing. To be honest I wonder if he is charging enough. The whole time I have known him he has always been skinny. I worry about if he is getting enough calories, and I am worry about him starving to death one of these days.
All kidding aside, I feel damm lucky I found him my first try in Red Oak. I always enjoyed visiting with his dad Randy, and was sorry he passed away.
Now I have no doubt there are many competitors that are worth high praise. Consider giving Chad a try. Please don't come to the shop with Scrooge McDuck cheapass mindset.”
