Bought a ford fusion here last winter. Got there after driving a couple hours to get there and the dash was coming apart, and the passenger door had been chewed up by what looks to be a dog. When asked before we came he said the tires were alright, got there and the side walls were cracked and they were practically bald. Bought the car cuz I needed something and it seemed to drive fine. Two weeks later all the codes had run and got a check engine light and 2 or 3 codes. Thermostat and heater weren’t working. Changed the thermostat and found out the cooling system had been filled with water. Thankfully it didn’t mess more up living in iowa with a week of -9. The brakes had also started to drag and made a horrible sound. Had to replace calipers, rotors, and pads. Got a flat the next week from those bad tires he said we’re fine and had to spend 400 in new tires. Summer came and the ac doesn’t work. Actually blows hot. Has a leak and now I’m replacing the condenser. Still needs a new windshield he took 190 off for (a 250-350 job). He had also touched up all kinds of stuff that has since worn off and is now rustedNo I haven’t contacted him to complain, anyone who would sell a car like this wouldn’t do anything to fix it I’m sure. The car works great that I’ve dumped almost as much into it as I paid for it.Bummer how people are.

Buy Rite Auto Sales did not stand behind the quality of their cars in my sale experience with them.I purchased a vehicle from Brent. The purchasing process went well and initially I was thrilled to have this new to me vehicle. After several trips to the mechanic to solve a heater issue, it was actually found that the car had a cracked engine blocked with sealant showing a previous owner tried to hide the issue.Upon follow up conversation, Brent never felt responsible to help due to the as is document we signed. I understand minor issues and risks go into purchasing used vehicles. However this issue was major and costly and I am very disappointed at the lack of effort offered by Buy Rite Auto Sales. We will not be recommending them to anyone and pray that other families don't experience a financial burden like this from this establishment. Think twice before you buy.

Thought I had purchased a good vehicle but it was not worth keeping! Make sure you know what you are really buying when they say, “Sold As Is”. Good luck!!

equested Full $6400 Refund due to the Dealership severely misrepresented the auto on their Facebook ad posting. I attached Exactly what he posted in the Ad about the vehicle's condition. The Seller didn't know Anything about the History of this vehicle, yet told us that it was Guaranteed from the Auction and that it was Like NEW AND 100% had No issues at all. I found out that this vehicle did have Two separate accidents and the Transmission started failing the same day that we purchased vehicle. The Dealers is about 2.5 hours away from my home, so I started noticing a jerking when the car what shifting gears. I alerted the Seller the next day and he made some story up that Ford Motor Company will be sending out Notices for transmission replacement, by Labor Day 2019. I contacted Ford on many occasions and they stated that it was Not true and that this vehicle V.I.N. has no such coverage. The Seller falsified information on the Legal Title disclosure. disclosure, as I have proof from Ford dealership that the damamge from the accident resulted in more than 50% of the vehicles total value. The Seller is simply Negligent for selling a vehicle, under a State Auto Dealer License, that they knew Nothing about. The seller "Preyed" on myself by messaging multiple false statements about the condition of the car, which they had know known proof to confirm with. The seller continued to REASSURE me that I have nothing to worry about, if I purchase his vehicle. The Seller omitted many material facts of the vehicle that gave myself reason to Trust the seller.

This dealer was out of this world! The service and quality of vehicles was 2nd to none. I would highly recommend visiting and buying from them again in the future. I can't speak highly enough about Buy Rite Sales.
