Hard to trust a company that would allow their employees to post hatred towards other countrymen and Ohioans.

I needed 24 ton of #57 limestone delivered and they fit me into their busy schedule. Very pleased with their service.

Worst company in the world to work for. A employee of 40 yrs was told that they would have no problem replacing him.sounds like a big crap show. Plus they put a person who has never driven a truck in charge of a terminal and a lead mechanic that has never worked on trucks. I recommend to never go to the Barnesville terminal.

Started working here in 93 and have seen a lot of changes in the industry over the years. R & J changes with the times, keeps up with technology and keeps the best fleet in the industry! There’s a reason we have so many drivers with over 20 years of service here! You won’t find that at other companies!

Worst company I have ever worked for. They LIE and LIE. Breakdown pay is not 20 per hour it’s 15, and you have to fight for it. Orientation was a joke no one knew what was going on. Orientation pay is different than training pay (equates to less than minimum wage). They put you up in a hotel that has bed bugs and roaches. Training is a joke, I had to train on something I wasn’t hired to do because they ran out of trainers in my division. So what should have been 3 days was actually 7. The first day alone I got 2 loads then lost my foot valve on a truck that I had picked up from an outside vendor. Every week it was an average of 2 breakdowns. “Rain pay” doesn’t exist for vermiculite drivers. Do yourself a favor, McDonald’s is a better place to work. Oh and I want the 2 weeks pay you owe me.
