Do not apply here, this is not an ideal place to work. The manager is biased and only promotes people she knows personally, it’s not based on what’s known. ASM knows nothing about her job, as the store has remained in the same state since the last time I shopped there. The staff is seriously lacking in professionalism.

Hands down the best Dollar General within 15 miles of Alton.

I like Dollar General stores, however this store must have trouble finding good help or something stuff all over all the time. In the floors, in aisles, and later at night the two workers if they in break area and one comes to wait on people they continue their conversation. So weird and the things they talk about isn't always things that should be talked about in front of customers.
