The food isn’t terrible but the service is. Whenever we order a pizza online and we locate it to riceville because it’s closer than osage by like 2 miles. But when we go to pick it up, it’s not even made yet! half of the time the ticket is still in the ticket printer. And we end up spending an extra 20 to 30 minutes waiting for them to actually make the pizza. honestly it’s super frustrating.

I admit there used to be a lot of issues here but the old store manager no longer works there and they have and are improving greatly. Clean food and friendly service!

If this is we’re Casey’s is going to were kids come back home in total tears due to two staff member’s who think they got the upper hand on kids Sarah and the kitchen lady that starts with a c sent my nephew up to get his dad a pop with a Casey’s glass to get a refill and the ladies were so rude and mean to my nephew he came back in tears now 1 be mean to me fine still it shouldn’t happen but be rude and make the kids in my family cry there eyes out that instant for now Stephen’s can defend there actions all he wants or the district manager can defend them but there wrong if they do this should never happen nore should staffer to the kids ever or make them cry over being a plastic Casey’s glass back to refill I will not stand for this not today not tomarrow or next year or ever the next phone call I and emails I send will be to corporate and I will file ever grievance that should been filled it’s a disgrace that jolynn the district manager and the management team at riceville Casey’s can allow there staff to treat kids that way .
Kid-friendliness: It is far from kids friendly made my nephew cry over a plastic Casey’s cup he refilled which u can refill but those two women Sarah and the kitchen lady who name starts with a c can power trip and make a kid cry is a disgraceful and how jolynn can let these things happen again and again is a disgrace and she should be written up for letting actions like this happen

The phone calling is disgraceful with the 255-0080 number as a Riceville number was so much better too and not this number now. Not respectful to citizens of Riceville when your older. Just a real bad experience in all orders to Casey's even by other friends so i decided to leave a review so maybe the store will get reviewed by company & hopefully you care.!! Ranked 0 out of 5 if I could of done that.
June 22, 2024 @ 5:30 pm ordered taco pizza to go worst pizza ever as like cardboard crust and meat & sauce over cooked burnt spots on it and just a spot in middle of pizza with lettuce, tomato and maybe 10 crumbled chips and 2 packets taco seasoning with a medium pizza at $17.11 was the costs and could only eat bits and pieces of the pizza. Disgusting then waited an hour for the order as the lady with red hair said and didn't want to make it as she was disgruntled while there was nobody in there but cashier and he just stood there looking out the window doing nothing as nobody at pumps either. I was not impressed as a country Riceville lady getting pizza for friends and to have it look and taste like crap when I got home. Very very shameful as a hired cook I'd a never sold one like this as it reflects on the STORES all over. Needs way way better Management as this is happening way to much in Riceville is why I'm writing this time. I'd say Casey's should be able to afford 2 reliable workers that want to serve the public and be able to cook good food and have food in warmer at 5:30 Pm yet as Supper/dinner time. Check it out randomly and you'll see. For I didn't want to check any stars as terrible all around last night very distasteful & sad.!!

When I fueled up here the other day I stared at the pump as the numbers counted at a rate of no more than 1 gallon a minute. I am impatient by nature so by the time 9 minutes rolled around I was a bit frustrated. I assumed the tank would eventually fill up and I would here a “click”, telling me it was sufficiently full. but....I was wrong. A gurgling sound jerked me away from my trance with the slow pump as my gaze turned and fell on the now wet car and tire. I acted instinctively and jerked the nozzle out while attempting to stop the flow at the same time. When all settled down, I went in and told the guy at the counter. Who knows how far that’ll go.
Now on the positive side I went in there today to use up my rewards and got lunch free so......that was a positive experience.
All in all Casey’s won’t be my go-to stop especially NOT for fuel. There you have it. -KZ

I only order pizza when James is cooking. Don’t get me wrong, everyone else does a fantastic job, but that James fella, there’s something magic about his pies.
Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza is great too.
Parking: Pretty good number of spots but I would really like it if people used their blinkers more. I know that Casey’s can’t do anything about it but cmon everyone.
Kid-friendliness: They have smaller portion cups for smaller sized humans of all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps up in this mf, we ALL good.

Absolutely love coming into Casey’s for lunch! Everything is always so fast and tastes amazing! Thank you to the kitchen lady Jill (I believe) that always greets me with smiles and is always so sweet! “See you tomorrow!”

Have always had a pleasant a pleasant experience with the staff and manager. I don't know what anonymous is talking about I am there several days a week and have never seen the manager act this way towards anyone. Love the atmosphere in the store. Although there are nights when a certain guy works that my orders are messed up regularly.

Went to the riceville location many times and over the time period of several months I am ready to write my review . On most occasions the atmosphere was great but I can’t help not turn a blind eye to the occasions that the store manager has been pretty brutal to employees such as being what I would call very aggravated very unbecoming one might say very abusive both in threatening body language and verbal . I have heard the store manager talk to and elderly customer that one employee is to blame for a employee not working out that he or she picked the wrong employee to work there I don’t think that should be discussed with customers at all . Also there is a realy short woman I thought she was a kid at first working pretty nice to most customers very loud and with what I have seen does not like authority in my visits I can see those who just doing there job explaining what needs to be done she gets very loud treats them very poorly and making threats on other occasions of walking out and other threats it’s very concerning there as well I feel bad for the employees that are just trying to do there job .the older lady that works there she is very very professional and very kind sorry about names I don’t remember names Really as I have a lot of names I have to remember but I hope in the future that this review helps .

I live in mason, but pass through riceville, so I go to Casey’s once in awhile in the evenings. I must say, service is great, there’s a lovely gal who smiles, always ask if I found everything okay, and if I’m looking for something specific she drops what she does and gets the products for me.I don’t remember her name but she has like blonde and black hair. Secondly, I enjoy the food, every time I go, it’s the same guy in the kitchen, I believe he’s the kitchen manager? But he always says if there’s something not in the food warmer I can make it. And as a customer that’s something I do appreciate it! I’d say this Casey’s is getting up there! From when I was back years ago.
