Unacceptable Service and Possible Discriminatory BehaviorI've frequented Kum & Go regularly, but recent experiences have compelled me to decide against returning. The main issue has been the behavior of an employee named Joshua. Joshua's attitude has consistently been unprofessional. He responds to simple queries with visible annoyance, With every grunt & eye roll, he seemed to try to summon the disdain of a thousand ancient dragons. His demeanor is particularly concerning when he interacts with women, where he comes across as intimidating & even puffed up towards my girlfriend (who weighs 115 lbs). Moreover, I've noticed a worrying pattern that suggests possible racial discrimination in his behavior. Joshua seems to treat my girlfriend & I differently (i am assuming because of the bi-racial relationship - we have politely asked for the same exact services Joshua provides to other patrons & we always feel like Joshua thinks we are inferior to him, which is deeply troubling and completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. For a place that's meant to provide convenience and a welcoming atmosphere, such treatment is highly disappointing. A convenience store should be a safe and respectful environment for everyone, irrespective of their gender or race. Until significant changes are made, especially concerning Joshua's intrapersonal skills and customer service practices, I regretfully will take my business elsewhere. It's vital for Kum & Go to address these issues promptly to ensure a comfortable and non-discriminatory experience for all customers.

I visited this business to fuel my truck, I walk in and right away both cashier's, walk away from the register, so I'm standing there waiting, so I ask for assistance, and the one putting napkins in the Despenser say in a min, well my job depends on me moving the truck down the road, I understand that you have a job to do too, but when it comes to either getting income from costumers or putting napkins in a Despenser, get the cash first, Despense the napkins when there are no customers, so after a few minutes I walked out, I felt like I wasn't supposed to be there, it wasn't a good feeling, I haven't felt these feelings in such a long time. I'm not a racist, but it felt that way to me. Not a place to visit if you are a person of color, unless that color is Caucasian.

The older gal working on Saturday night was RUDE!!!!I stopped to get a lottery ticket and as soon as I stepped in she went to the back of the store with her clipboard and said "it'll be a minute ".I waited patiently and then when she returned I ask for a powerball ticket. She got o e and laid in on the counter closest to her. I placed $ on the counter and asked her if that was correct and she replied yes.I took the ticket and when I went to leave she yelled out "thanks for waiting!!!"Did she expect me to wait til the cash was in the drawer?Did she expect me to be handed the ticket personally?Maybe I should have turned around and told her "thanks for making me wait"I do not like rude people and will share my story with others. Note to self- never stop there again. Maybe caseys have better customer service
