We hit some debris on the road into Rock Rapids and one of our tires went flat. It was a Saturday morning and they were busy, but he dropped everything, patched up the tire, and we were on our way again. We very much appreciated the awesome service!Service: Tires

Went there for an oil change, it was $50 + some change & They never put a mileage card back in so now, I have to guesstimate approximately when it needs done again!!! Just BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! I SHOULD HAVE JUST DONE IT MYSELF!!! I'VE GONE TO THE FARMERS CO-OP IN OTHER TOWNS AND CITIES BEFORE & NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS BUT THIS TIME, IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, SORRY BUT TRUE!!!

Brian manager is a good man, restroom available, got used oil? Bring it here, there's a tank out back. Good place to get your vehicles worked on also. Big truck friendly, 2 places to fill your tires for air. All types of gas n fuel no E85. Go west a mile for that. 91oct available, only place in Rock Rapids Iowa
