Although the hours can be pretty short (3-ish hours, like come on) very polite customer service. I have lived in the town of Rudd for a few months now and the setup process was very smooth.

Only open in the morning making it difficult to pick up packages seriously some people work

Need to talk to a human to see if my dad's ashes were there so I can pickup. I only have a PO BOX. This is so frustrating
