Food was hot and ready as ordered. But customer service was absolutely horrible. Front cashier guy was a complete jerk. Kitchen lady just dismissed everything I had to say.. but other than that, food was good just horrible workers.

I ordered a large pizza, and I regret it. I don't understand how me walking with the pizza held straight out without tipping it would turn the pizza into a disaster. The topping fell off, the crust went everywhere, and the cheese became a huge mess. I'm not eating that slop, and I want my money back.

I ordered delivery bc I run a daycare and don’t have the option to go pick it up myself and not only did they completely skip out on a whole pizza that I paid for I also sat on hold for almost 30-40 minutes and still got no answer. This place sucks at customer service. Don’t waste your time ordering delivery from this Casey’s. This is the fourth or fifth time this same thing has happened to me. They either need new management or something.

About 2:14 p.m. February 21st. When items aren't ringing up correctly, such as the Starbucks pink and yellow drinks originally being two for seven but a yellow sticker below the yellow one seen buy one get one free. They kept bringing up the two for seven, but the drink is only for something so it shouldn't have been more than $7. But please when a customer says this price still isn't right so I'm just going to put it back do you not show your shoulders and let the customer just walk away. There are two other people who tried to assist, even though the price was still ringing up wrong. I originally felt bad for holding up the line but I should not feel bad as it was not my mistake.

I was in your store to collect winning lotteries and purchase more. This was Friday Sept 29th. The young guy at the counter was so I rude even after I ask him not to be so rude! I will not be back!!!There are plenty of convenience stores to pick from!!! HORRIBLE treatment!!! Oh and I spent alot of money!!! And use to fuel here and more. Never again!!!

Staff was rude, iced coffee and pop were out of products and the staff didn't even seem to care.

I ordered a vegetable pizza with extra olives extra mushrooms extra onion was supposed to be done at 7:10 and didn't get my pizza till 8. O'clock and the girl told me to just come back because she couldn't get it done in time.

Both bathrooms were filthy.The toilet in the men's bathroom is unstable and rocks. The food area was out of tortillas for the burrito your advertising. There was only a couple of slices of pizza in the hot food carousel. When I asked for the person to make me some breakfast sandwiches he seemed put out to do his job. The customer behind me was rudely informed her large pizzas would be in smaller boxes because they were out of large pizza boxes. EPIC FAIL ON THE STORE. YOUR STORE HAS DECLINED BADLY IN THE PADT YEAR I GAVE YOU A 2.

I have never seen a Casey's that closes at 9:00. You can be in a tiny town at a Casey's that hasn't been renovated since the 1980s and they'll still be open till 11:00. What's the deal?

I liked the good selection of on-the-go foods and drinks including pizza by the slice and sandwiches. This location is about 3/4 mile from the exit off I-29. Overall, A-OK.
