He asked me if I was looking for a refurbished computer or one of their newer computer. Explaining to me all of my options. Then after he he helped me I chose what I wanted.He also asked me if he could help me set it up.. Then went on to tell me if I needed anything else I could come back and and they would help me. Lucky for me my computer came with a one year warranty. Thank you Computer SOS. I will be coming back. Thank you.”

“Internet keeps cutting out. Only have one tv, 2 cell phones and a laptop that is intermittently connected so it’s not overloaded. Not impressed with it at all. I miss having premier communications but they don’t service here.7/24 Sparklight came out and replaced the cable and the internet works fine now. Changed my rating to reflect.”

“I see a lot of negative reviews with longlines, and we much prefer it over sparklight which we thought was just crummy service. We pay $75 a month which is way cheaper than what we were paying sparklight. We have a fast downloads, my kids and my husband can all be streaming movies or playing online games at the same time with no interruptions. We do use our own router I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not, but we think it's good service.”

“Jeremy at the help desk and Bob the tech worked fast and flawlessly. Me and my boyfriend's internet went down Saturday around 6pm. We called longlines and Jeremy and Bob worked together and got our internet back up and running in an hour. We live out in the country so we were very impressed with their speed and customer service!
