On 5/7 I went to this car wash. I haven't been in a while because the last time the machine took my money but wouldn't give me my change and also wouldn't refund my money and when I called the 2 numbers listed there was no answer and when I tried to leave a voicemail, the mailbox was full. I decided to try it again on 5/7/24 but it'll be the last time! I chose the $12 option, put in $1 and it showed my $11 balance. I put in a $10 dollar bill. It took my money but never deducted it from my balance. I pushed the refund button...nothing. I called the top number on the machine and again, no answer and the mailbox was full so couldn't leave a message. I called the second number listed. A pleasant female answered, I told her of both of experiences and she apologized for what happened previously but said since it wasn't her that I talked to, she couldn't help me out with that. Okay, no biggee. I told her I had called the first number listed and the mailbox was full. She said "yeah, the owner doesn't like to listen to his voicemails or clear them out". She promised to refund me the $10 I'd lost (didn't mention the other $1) and include some tokens and said she'd send it to me that day. Ten days later and I still have not received anything. I called that 2nd number again today. A man answered. I told him what had happened on 5/7 and that I was promised a refund. He said "okay, I'll check into it, we have your number" and hung up on me. I know I'll never hear from this dude again. It's a very poorly run business and I won't be back!

It does a pretty good job for a touchless wash. There's a lot of chemical coverage and good high pressure. The dryers are outside, so exit slowly. (would be nice to increase the timer on the dryers by 15-20 seconds) Two self-serve bays that are usually clean and work good. Lot's of pressure! Accepts quarters, bills and cards. The touchless also accepts the Powerwash RFID and phone app membership programs.

I had never been to this place until the other day. I am so glad that I had found it. I did the self service bay, my car was filthy due to the salt, mud, and slush from the melting snow. I could not believe how clean it got my car. I wish I had before and after pics to show you.
