Unreal the landlord doesn’t even care these people have no heat. Unreal Mayor Ron Kroll doesn’t step in. I’m guessing the city council and mayor were heavily involved with the person who bought the bldg & turned it into apts. These tenants are citizens in a town the Mayor is supposed to be managing. Contact the landlord. TAKE ACTION!!! DO YOUR JOBS!

Going to post the contact information so everyone can just blow the owners line up and mailing address to send mail too. The information can be searched thru the business name thru the secretary of state website. These guys are a joke everyone needs to abandon their lease and contact legal aid

I am not an attorney but if you are not providing services required by law then your tenants should hold their rent in escrow until you fix this mess. Shame on you.

Heat and air have been a hit or miss at least the last 2 years this summer no ac at all now this winter no heat. It gets so cold the windows frost over. Only provided a small space heater to cover the whole apartment. Not good at all!

My daughter has been without heat long enough. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will not stop until you're held accountable. I bet your kids are nice and warm. Mine is freezing. Her lease didn't explain that she would go without heat in the winter. What a joke. Take some responsibility and be accountable

I wouldn’t recommend moving to these apartments I’ve had nothing but trouble since moving in. I absolutely dislike the fact that you can call the owners and they always send you to someone who’s suppose to run this building but she never answers or calls you back. I think it’s time for this place to just be shut down and sold

Management has poor communication. I have had no heat all winter. They gave me spaceheaters but with the ceilings as tall as they are they don't do much when the wind chill is. -35 degrees.

No heat for over a month in -14 degree weather. Enough said.

Would give it a zero if I could. This place is a slum owned by slumlords. 3 weeks in the winter with no heat? Their office hours say closed 7 days a week, and no one returns calls or emails. They cash the rent check fast though.

I moved in in November 2019.Good place to live.Management is always doing what they can to make sure that everything runs well and all problems get solved within a timely manner.Other tenants are respectful, if not just down right friendly. The kids all enjoy playing together in the common areas.Pet friendly. It's a quiet and safe little community community

I have lived here for going on my third year. I just signed another year. I have a gorgeous apartment with a stunning view. All of the apartments here are unique so you get the best of both worlds, small town community with a big city apartment. I utilize the gym which is here on the grounds, no excuses right! There is a sense of community within this building, and it extends out to the town. No, it’s not perfect. Some people refuse to pick up after themselves. Some people don’t like to follow the rules. Where do you live where that doesn’t occur I’m not sure. But I’m certain it doesn’t include all of the utilities, cable and WiFi. Melanie is an awesome manager and does her job with kindness, but not to be mistaken for weakness. I do wish the winter time parking lot situation was better. That’s it. I love the huge back field where my boys can take out dog to run and play or we walk down the block to the park. I mean... this is a great place to live.
