I bought my car from them 4 years ago. I've had all my service done by them including multiple sets of tires. So when I went to another place for an oil change because they were busy,I was told I needed all new brakes and rotors. So I called Drenkow back and told them what was said and that I didn't believe this was true. I wanted to set an appointment for brakes only and I was told brakes and rotors or nothing. He never asked me to come in to look at it. Besides, they should've been checking my brakes for 4 years. I ended up going to another place and all I needed was my rear brake pads replaced.Bring Bob back.Lost loyal customer

I have a 17 ram that I wanted to put a trailer brake control and module in. I called them to order the parts and was told it's on back order. They told me if I installed the parts it would be between $50 and $60 to program it into the computer but if they installed it and programmed it then it would cost $125 to $130. I called St. Cloud Dodge dealership and they had the parts on hand and I was told the trailer control package was on back order but you can order the parts separately with no problem. We were just going to have St. Cloud install it but they are booked up until the end of July. We called Drenkow motors to make the appointment to have it installed and programmed. They told me they won't do it because I didn't buy the parts from them. I told him that's fine I will spend my money somewhere else, he changed his mind and would do the work for me. Made the appointment for 6/28 at 3:00. Told them our son would be bringing it in as he goes to college in Sheldon. He was told by the person it was going to cost $200 to do it. I told my son to bring it home I will take it to Billion. If I could give them no stars I would. Never in my life will I call them for anything ever again!!!

It was fine for the most part, but the staff flipped out because they're dated and didn't know how electronic transactons worked. Lane became agitated and heated, which almost soured my mood.Thankfully my excellent banker walked the aged staffthrough the process, despite there apparent confusion and anger.Next time, take a deep breath, wait, exhibit patience first.

Small town, big attitudes. Reminds me of 1970s car sales tactics. Sales area, garbage can full, smelled like a garage inside lobby dirty. People eventually warm up to you after purchase. If you don't mind putting up with the Sales theatrics. Nice people, just think they're behind the times. Need a new Ford dealership like ours in Sioux Center.

I had an appointment at 4pm. When I came in I could tell they’d messed up scheduling it. So I asked it they had time to fit me in. I would have been fine to reschedule. They told me they had time and they knew I would be waiting in the lobby. (They specifically wrote one the ticket that I was waiting) they proceeded to let my car sit in the parking lot for an hour. Then took another 30 min to get it done. They never updated me. Never did any kind of check up. I’ve been here two other times and had to wait long periods of time. Not coming back.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle a few months ago from this dealership. Lane was very kind and able to answer all of the questions we had. He was also willing to stay late to take care of all the paperwork to get us out the door so that we wouldn’t have to make another trip back. Professional and friendly, would definitely recommend!
