About Shell Rock Aquatic Center
The Shell Rock Swimming Pool opened in 1975 and was rebuilt into the Shell Rock Aquatic Center, opening in 2021. The facility has water features great for all ages, clean restroom and shower facilities, and concession stands. The aquatic center sits adjacent to the city park area which includes a playground, shelter house, ball diamonds, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and public restrooms.

The kids have such a wonderful time there and really look up to the lifeguards and swim instructors. Great community swimming pool, we will continue to take lessons there!!

Very fun for kids to enjoy their summer and to get schoolwork off their shoulders I love going to the show rock aquatic center because the water is so comfortable even even when it’s a little bit cold when you get in first, you’ll get used to it
