We've been using Petersen for a year now and rave about their solid service. I'm a bit of a nut in that we use high end oils and filters (Royal Purple) in our vehicles. I'm a Tacoma overlander who runs trails around the country and pushes my truck hard. I run only the best in fluids and filters.Petersen doesn't blink at my requests and simply takes care of my rig. They're always prompt, professional, do a great job and deliver at a value price. I'd trust them to call out any issues they see and deal with me honestly. We were traveling through Shenandoah on our way to Kentucky from Wyoming. Vehicle wouldn't start in the morning. The guys from the shop drove to the hotel, attempted to repair and then towed to their shop. They had the car fixed in about 30 minutes and refused to take any payment. They said that having a vehicle break down while traveling was never fun and they just wanted to help out. Amazing couple of gentlemen and we so greatly appreciate them. Honesty and integrity that seem to be harder and harder to find abound at Petersen Auto!

We have a Porsche Panamera. We were surprised that someone in this small town worked on them, as we are here from Colorado. They did some major work on it and did a fabulous job. The price was great and nothing compared to what an auto repair place in Colorado would have stolen from us. So far, we would recommend them!
