“In the 7 years of driving, HFC is by far the best company. I've been trying to get my former drivers I've worked with to join. HFC must be the honest place to work. Everyone in the office has trucking experience and they accommodate for whatever you need. HFC doesn't go to Las Vegas and my daughter's cheer nationals was over the weekend. HFC got me down there and my daughter won first place. Last month, 2 weeks after starting; the company helped me get home to Vacaville, CA on Christmas Eve so I can spend my son's first Christmas. I've been abused and used in my last OTR company and told myself I'll never do OTR again unless I'm an owner operator. Times are tough where I live and I had to make the sacrifice to go back to OTR. I'm so happy to be apart of the HFC Family. And it is a family. It's a small family owned company. You'll see the dispatchers not only working behind the desk, but they're behind the wheel too. The owner, Heath and his dad isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and work on the trucks. I haven't had a single issue since I've been here. Is it rough to be away from home? Yes, but I'm home every 2 weeks as long as want compared to the other thousands of companies out there where you're gone for over a month and home for a day or two. I'm so grateful to be part of the family with HFC. Lew, Denny, Josh and Heath are all great. I highly recommend this company.”
