“Scott was great, I have had Scott on previous upgrades but I’m very disappointed that there were no incentives to get another phone on the 55+loyalty program, been with Verizon for 20+ years yet a new customer can get a better deal than I can get, that’s not loyalty to me, might have to consider carriers on my next upgrade”
