Your service is deplorable. Phones go unanswered, packages marked delivered never arrive, and inquiries are met with evasive responses. Outgoing mail takes far too long to process, and front desk staff are utterly unhelpful. Immediate improvements are needed.

Who ever is delivering to west brook mobile homes on west 7th street need to pay attention and deliver the correct address. I searched for my package and ended up across the street and package was opened. This is not the first time this has happened. Job performances needs to be evaluated.

Our mail is very slow and inconsistent, and twice in the last month I’ve had to pay to pick up a letter that was sent to us that they said needed to be sent as a parcel for some arbitrary reason, leaving me to pay the extra postage… for mail that’s already arrived anyway.
